Opposite the Hotel Les Peupliers, L’Épicerie du Praz is a true hub of life and sharing, where every product has a story to tell.

More than just a shop, it is a gourmet haven for epicureans in search of authenticity, a place where generosity and the craftsmanship of our mountains and nearby vineyards come to life.

The delicatessen offers a carefully curated selection of products sourced by Thierry, our passionate grocer, and Jean-Rémi Caillon, executive chef of La Maison Pinturault. Together, they prioritize short supply chains and seasonality, highlighting local artisans who share the same values of excellence and respect for the land.

Meaningful products

On our shelves, you'll find a delightful selection of farmstead cheeses straight from the nearby alpine pastures, artisan charcuterie made in true Savoyard tradition, sweet treats, local honey, jams, chocolates, and ice creams that reflect the richness of our terroir. A curated range of wines, champagnes, and spirits is also available, carefully chosen to accompany your most convivial moments.

You’ll also discover exclusive products such as the Chef’s Mousse, an artisan gentian beer brewed in Bozel, and La Maison Pinturault’s signature coffee, created in partnership with Le Panier à Café in Annecy. Each product has been thoughtfully selected for its quality and authenticity.

For your special moments, whether it's a refined apéritif, a festive meal or a spontaneous evening gathering, we prepare made-to-order platters and assortments tailored to your tastes.

Always attentive to your needs, we also shine a spotlight on artisanal vegetable preserves, prepared sauces, a wide range of vegetarian items and our homemade pasta boxes.

Once a month in winter, the delicatessen comes alive with the rhythm of the Rencontres Gourmandes.

These special moments are a unique opportunity to meet the producers and artisans behind our shelves. During a tasting, they share their expertise, their passion, and a few secrets too. It is an invitation to slow down, to savour, and to leave with more than just a basket, a true connection to the land.
